Building 14 floor-unit villas, each holding 3 independent residential units in three models (A, B and C) from 219 to 278.1 m², fully finished.

Apartments — Under Construction

Building 42 apartments over 3 floors and a roof annex, in six models (A to F) from 99.8 to 228.7 m², fully finished.

Villas — Completed

Completed 5 residential villas from 262 to 360 m² with three bedrooms.

2025 — Foundation Concreting

A photo record of every stage of the site works, explaining what is carried out in each, from soil tests and excavation support to preparing the foundation bases.

With excavation and its support complete, several concrete pumps work at the same time to pour the project foundations across the whole site, as the aerial record shows.
